Introducing SheBuilds

Welcome to the SheBuilds Bootcamp! What started as a fun space I created for girls to explore coding and AI has grown faster than I ever imagined. After an amazing first batch of young builders and creators, I’m excited to bring back Batch 2 this summer — bigger, better, and filled with live online classes and multiple levels so every girl can jump in and start building her future in technology.

Our Courses

Introductory Course

  • Beginner-friendly course for elementary, middle, and early high school students with little to no coding experience

  • Four-week live program hosted on Zoom, meeting three days per week

  • Takes place during June and July; final schedule will be confirmed in early May

  • Introducing Python fundamentals and core AI concepts

  • Focus on problem-solving, project-based learning, and building confidence with code

  • Students finish the bootcamp with their own coding projects and a strong foundation in programming and AI

  • Middle and high school students with prior Python experience or completion of the SheBuilds Introductory Bootcamp

  • Four-week live program hosted on Zoom, meeting three days per week

  • Takes place during June and July; final schedule will be confirmed in early May

  • Focused on deeper programming, machine learning, and applied AI

  • Emphasis on building, training, and evaluating AI models, along with ethical considerations

  • Students complete a capstone project that demonstrates technical skills, critical thinking, and real-world AI application

Outcome of the Courses

Introductory Coding & AI Course

(4 Weeks)

(No prior coding experience required)

By the end of the course, students will:

  • Write real Python programs while learning core concepts like variables, logic, and loops

  • Understand how artificial intelligence works and how it’s used in everyday technologies

  • Build interactive coding projects and beginner AI-powered applications

  • Strengthen problem-solving and logical thinking through hands-on challenges

  • Gain confidence in technology by learning in a supportive, girls-only environment that encourages curiosity and experimentation

Advanced Coding & AI Course

(4 Weeks)

(For students with prior Python experience)

By the end of the course, students will:

  • Build, train, and evaluate real AI models using real-world data

  • Work with datasets to improve model accuracy and explore applications in healthcare, robotics, and social impact

  • Complete a capstone AI project such as an image classifier, chatbot, or social-impact application

  • Understand ethical AI, including bias, fairness, and responsible technology design

  • Develop critical thinking, technical confidence, and the ability to explain and improve their work
